Create fully physicalized, distinct and subtle characters using Micheal Chekhov’s “centers.”
This simple, imaginative acting exercise can instantly get out of your head and make you act from your gut– or your heart, elbow or little toe. Surprise yourself with intuitive movement and character choices using techniques that relate to yoga chakras and Asian martial arts.
