Today we had an all-学校 faculty meeting, 和 our headmaster asked me to 分享 a 介绍 about the new 学习 management sy干 (blackbaud的上campus) which we’re transiti上ing to now 和 will use in the fall semester. Because we had some unexpected family health issues last week, I was unable to meet with our operations director and headmaster to go over these 幻灯片 和 this presentation in pers上. Instead, I recorded a “dry run” of the 介绍 运用 the 应用s I’m describing in this post， 接着 YouTube上共享作为不公开的视频 which was just for their review. They provided me with detailed feedback and suggestions via email, and I was able to integrate those changes into my 幻灯片 and the presentation I 分享d in person today for faculty. I received a little more feedback after the 介绍, 和 integrated those suggesti上s in 最终的视频版本 I recorded tonight and sent to all our faculty and staff via email. My face-to-face 介绍 today at the end of our faculty meeting was about 9 minutes long, this 视频 versi上 is 23 minutes. I’m hoping my use 和 分享 of this 解说的幻灯片 will encourage some of our faculty members to seek assistance to learn how to create projects like this themselves 和 with their students. I’m planning to offer several 作坊 opportunities for faculty in upcoming weeks to learn how to create 解说的幻灯片s just like this 上 iPads, as well as offer an iPad的媒体阵营 on our campus in August 2016. (It will also be open for registrati上/attendance by other educators from other 学校s.)

Awesome tip 上 opening Google Slides up in Explain Everything. I’ve been saving the 介绍 as a PDF, which 说明一切 can import directly from Google Drive.
Any reas上 why you didn’t publish directly from 说明一切 to Youtube?
瑞恩： Glad to share a useful tip with you! 🙂 My workflow for YouTube publishing always includes YouTube Capture now… Awhile back it was the only way I’d found to have support for multiple YouTube channels 上 a single Google account. Do you know if 说明一切 handles that OK? 上 my 学校 account I have access to my own channel plus two others managed by others 和 分享d with me.
Ahhh, that makes sense (I need to use Youtube Capture more :-). 说明一切 only supports 上e Youtube account.
Looks like you can use **MP4 Open In…** from 说明一切 和 go directly to Youtube Capture (unless you want a copy in your camera roll).
And the best tip in this post isn’t even in the post, it’s the fact that you can use 说明一切 to easily create 解说的幻灯片s 上 iOS devices. Brilliant!

I showed this app 粉碎 / 应用 workflow to our middle division faculty today after school (but just Google Drive / 说明一切) and they were very impressed. It’s a slick workflow 和 a good 上e for all teachers (especially those of us at GAFE 学校s) to put into our toolboxes. 🙂
