2015 Improv Wins Conference & Festival

Foulk Cheers!

TNM is proud to bring the Improv Wins Conference & Festival to New Orleans for the first time ever! It all happens on Saturday, May 23 through Sunday, May 24, at The New Movement on St. Claude Ave.

Improv Wins is an annual event from the people who bring you comedy festivals such as Hell Yes FestThe Megaphone MarathonsThe Air Sex Championships, as well as comedy programming all year long at The New Movement in Austin and New Orleans.

What makes Improv Wins stand out amongst the growing international scene of improv festivals is that it's also a first-of-its-kind conference that features innovative workshops, Master Classes, parties, and shows with influential teachers and performers from within the TNM community and all over the US.

It’s a great way to get involved in TNM's improv scene as well as a great way for seasoned veterans to sharpen their skills. And if you’re just a fan, it’s a great way to watch some new shows that you can't see any other time!

A current workshop/Master Class schedule is below, and it's subject to updates and changes as the conference approaches. Basic Registration for the conference is $50, and each Master Class is an additional $30. You must register for the conference in order to take any of the Master Classes. Basic Registration includes free lunch each day of the conference.

In the morning, there is a big group meeting that goes over the day's activities that includes a large warm-up activity so when the lessons begin, our instructors can start with the good stuff. Workshops are 90 minutes and Master classes are 3 hours. Improv Wins is designed to be a conference where attendees take a wide range of workshops - check our schedule and put together your ideal weekend of improv education!

Every night will be packed with wonderful shows featuring teachers and conference attendees, and you can find that info on ImprovWins.com or TNMComedy.com.
